The entry of global investment banks into India has brought about the much needed professionalization in the crucial investment banking sector. Apart from tapping domestic markets, Indian corporates are increasingly accessing the global markets. This has widened the business avenues of the investment bankers by providing services like loan syndication, advisory services and managing mandates for offerings of ADRs, GDRs, IPOs in India and abroad, etc.

The Society of Certified Investment Bankers (SCIB)

All students who successfully complete the PG Diploma Program are eligible to become members of SCIB subject to fulfilling the criteria for such membership. SCIB confers the designation of "Certified Investment Banker" (CIB) on its members.
